INSTRUCTIONS -Read Before Downloading

Please read these instructions before downloading an Occupation or Profession. These Tax Deductions CheckLists were designed as an easy-to-use "no-reading" required guide to legally maximize your income tax refund.

Step#1. Locate & download your Occupation or Profession at a cost of $5.00. ONLY ONE DOWNLOAD IS REQUIRED FOR EACH OCCUPATION OR PROFESSION. (There are many occupations & professions with identical tax deductions. You only need to download one of them that has your occupation or profession listed.) TAX PROFESSIONALS download the complete book for $59.95!

Step#2. There are many Occupations and Professions that have additional expenses that will refer you to the "SPECIAL SECTIONS" for additional downloads at a cost of $1.00 to $2.00. If you have these expenses, refer to the "SPECIAL SECTIONS" indicated in your download of your Occupation or Profession. These "SPECIAL SECTIONS" are for 1)Automobile, Truck & Transportation expenses, 2)Commercial Office expenses, 3)Home Office expenses for Homeowners, Renters & Condo Owners with home-based businesses, and 4)Office Equipment & Furniture expenses for any office.

Step#3. In addition, there is a 3 page "SPECIAL SECTION" Tax Deduction CheckList for Real Estate Rental Property Owners & Investors at a cost of $2.00.

Step#4. For taxpayers who have more than one job, you need to download the "SPECIAL SECTION" For 2nd or 3rd Job for $1.00.

Step#5. If you don't see your Occupation or Profession listed, go to the "SEARCH for Occupation & Profession" button at the top of the Home page and type it in!
